Dear UNC Crew alumni, friends and family,

Rowers in Carolina blue and white have been training and racing at UNC for 40 years. We couldn't let this amazing milestone pass without hosting an event worthy of all the sweat and blisters that have been dedicated to our sport on University Lake. Join the men and women of UNC Crew, March 19-20, as we gather to celebrate our remarkable family history.

This will be the largest gathering in UNC Crew history, and it is all the more fun when all who share our special bond join in the festivities. Make sure you call, text or Facebook your teammates, friends, family and other rowing enthusiasts who should be part of our historic 40th anniversary celebration.

Weekend highlights:

• Cocktail party at the Carolina Brewery on Franklin Street
• Alumni and friends race at University Lake with lunch provided by the BBQ Joint
• Anniversary banquet featuring UNC Chancellor Emeritus James Moeser and a performance by the UNC Loreleis
• Photo gallery and crew memorabilia
• Silent auction fundraiser to help support the student athletes
